Established in March 2009, ULI Greece has an active membership including many of the leaders and market-makers in the country’s real estate industry. ULI Greece aims to expand and become a diverse forum for high-caliber property professionals that are interested in being actively involved in the development of the country’s real estate market.
ULI Greece holds regular networking events and meetings for its members and organises seminars and roundtables with both domestic and international guest speakers focusing on current topics of interest to property industry professionals.

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) would like to invite you to a presentation of the annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate Europe 2015 report.
Emerging Trends is published annually in partnership with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and has become a useful investment barometer of the real estate market in Europe, Americas and Asia.
The report provides an outlook on European real estate investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, as well as trends by property sector and geographical area.
It is based on the opinions of more than 500 internationally renowned real estate professionals, including investors, developers, lenders, agents and consultants.
